Poor customer service

We are the corporate customer of Airtel for last fifteen years. The customer services have gone so bad that no action is being taken for repeated mails. Our request for detailed paper bill for ten connections is pending since NOv Inspite of complaining to Nodal officer, No action is being taken. They are still sending the bills to email id which have been changed by themselves. these people are so great that while updating their records the first word of our email id have been removed. Everymonth we have to complain to custmor care and they send paper bills to us which we never get. On every complaint, the executive says sorry..sorry and next time wont happen assurances. But for last six months same is being continued. We have to make the payment without bill or get the bill collected from the customer care. It seems Airtel is not able to take the competetion from other players and given up the hopes of any survuival. We are so much upset with the services that we are waiting for the number probabilty to switch over to other service providers. We have connections from tataindicom also. whereas in one complaint they have reversed the wrong billing charges themselves. In my opinion, Airtel doesnot stand any chance in the market with this level of customer service. There is no way we can contact their senior officers. No email ids are provided except the nodal officer on the website.
