I am using mtnl dolphin jeevan-sathi govt. employee post paid plan for several years. My mobile no.is 9868884164 & 9868884139.I have complained for network problem numerous times in the last four-five (4-5) yrs on 1503 customer care no.but after 2-3 months of complain when I enquire about the same on customer care I get the reply that your complain has been resovled. Then they again put my complain & give me again a new complain no. This process is being repeated for the above said period but in real it remains unattended.
