Irregular Billing

My number 0124-2217637 (In sector -50, Gurgaon).

I do not receive my bills every month. Infact there is a pattern. I recieve bills only in alternate months. Being a working person I do not automatically remember to trace the billing. Consequently I invariably miss out on payments ontime causing me to pay the delay penalty and also face disconnection very often. I have infants and aged parent at home and this disconnection causes great inconvenience.

According to your own departmenrtal workers such complaints have increased considerably since the mode of bills disbursment has been changed from courier service to postal department.
