My Cell Phone No. 09371102250 was surrendered to your Wanorie, Pune Web World on 2nd April. I was told that the refund amount of Rs.1468/- will be refunded in 3 months time.

I am sorry to inform you that till date the amount is not yet received. I have gone to your Wanorie Web World umteem no. of times. They check up the monitor and tell me that you are processing the same.

Now over 7 months have gone by, when will I get the payment?
