Poor service!

Provided telephone/broadband services 8 nos. Promised group billing / group pulse / centrex / uninterrupted services. Failed on all fronts. When contacted it took six months for centrex and 1 year for group billing and group pulse/billed for 6 DSL connections against 3 nos.failed to reconcile accounts which were excess billed and collected.

When stopped payments and complained to disc connect lines, waived all previous out standings and requested to be a esteemed customer but failed once again to go by its promise. Settled for a figure to finalize the accounts and after collecting the cheques disconnected the lies and sent a legal notice for complete payments. No transparency in the working pattern.

Don't reply to the mails/complaints. Instead try to settle issues on telephone with out any valid proof to argue at a later date.
