RE: Non Receipt of Gifts against Vodafone Vouchers

Dear Sir/Madam,
Vodafone Marketing Officer had visited our office wherein we had taken 2 new SIM cards for our personal use. The lady had assured us that once we pay our first bill we will received the gift coupons. After the first bill was shown to Vodafone gallery they had given us 2 gift vouchers Nos. 036790 & 036791 where we had to scratch for the gift details.
We found that we had got the gift of United Colors of Benetton Bag or Wrist Watch.
Out of the option we had opted for United Colors of Benetton Wrist Watch for both the vouchers. As per requirement we had posted the vouchers to them on 23rd July. Unfortunately till date we have not received any call nor we have received the gifts.
We fail to understand how come Vodafone is involved with such organisations or is
Vodafone fully aware of these situations. Vodafone comes out with such promos on regular basis and am sure that there will be many others who have fallen victim to these promos.
We request you to please strongly take action against Vodafone and Innovative Incentives and Events Pvt. Ltd.
