I have been using airtel for threee years now. I had prepaid connection for two and a half years and now that i have taken the post paid connection its so mess. I don't get my paper bills on time. I tried to change the billing address, that was done after sometime, but the address updated was wrong. Despite my repetative calls to the customer service, i fell i am not valued. I tried to log a complaint online in Airtel site and the damn thing is so confusing, add the bill date, call date and the nubmer called... and how am i supposed to get that when i dont have the bill with me. Its so irritating to complaint over the telephone over and over again, specially when it lands on deaf ears. I am facing issues one after the other from the time i have taken this new post paid connection and dont really know how to get over it, probably switching over to another vendor.
Its not that I blame Airtel but then they should me more approachable to the customers. When we pay for the services we want the services to be provided on time.
