Not receiving bills despite several reminders

I live invillage deodhar of distt kullu himachal pradesh. I am customer of airtel postpaid mobile service for past3 years. For the past 6 months or so, i am not receiving my account telephone bills. Despite several reminders to the customer care number 121 and every time i am assured of receiving the bills and given a complaint number, but no action is taken. The latest complaint i was assured of action by wednesday 14 feb. I am still waiting for the day. What a pathetic service from Airtel!
