Sim Activation

Dear All,

I have purchased Airtel Post Paid sim on 14 July but still today, it has not activated. After concerning to Airtel Activation department " Name - Raj/Piyush - 012003390141/9910031004" committed that they will activated the mobile number. But it has not activated. I have already send a complaint to telecom ministry.
