Incorrect billing

Im in chennai and having a ongoing worse experience with aircel cellular. I received my january month bill to my shock there was no discount applied in the bill which am eligible of. I have CUG connection and when i called aircel customer care, they agreed that its their mistake due to some updation in the software they use. They told like the bill will be reverted and the amount charged will be waived in my next month bill. Also told like i will get a call from their helpdesk as soon as they fix my issue. But never received any callback. To my shock and disappointment, i received the next month bill a normal one without any waiving as informed to me. The customer care of aircel really sucks big time and their agents are only giving false promises. I have even spoke to two of their supervisors and they have not resolved my issue so far. so customers beware of this cheating and sucking customer service from aircel.

Always do check your detailed billing from aircel if you are a postpaid aircel customer. Coz they indulge in false billing and never reprimand for what they do.
