My landphone is 04829288334, kaduthuruthy Exachange, ayamkudy, kottayam. Kerala.

I have been struggling from the issue that My phone is not working and dead response since 04/03/ 2011 .I am registering each complaints in 198, 12728and 12728 one after another and contacted nearest Exchange kaduthuruthy.and kottayam, 04829284200. and 2300800 But it is very critical bad response from responsible Authority. Being a government firm it should be more liberal to the customers and reliable. But the Authority has no shake at ll their head. Although i have to pay monthly rent without using phone
