I have recd.bill for billing cycle 25.12.09 to 24.01.10 for No.8080888280 for Rs.459/= During this billing period my instruments was out of order & hence I could not able to use this number during this billing period also tii today I am not useing this number. TO my surprise I have recd.bill for Rs.459/ Which I have paid vide my CH.No.440367 drawn on UCO Bk for Rs.509/= with the complaint lodged on 16.02.2010 at your Borivli (E) Franchisee>the said complaint was remani unanswered & hence once again I approched toyour said franchise as well as ypor gallary at Boriwli (West). Both of them have no answer for the same & hene once again I lodged complaint on 04.03.2010 & complaint no iss 120974366.

Even I talked to your Customer care No 222 & one mr. Pramod attende dmy call but ultimate result is zero. He asked me to contact Mr. Tilak Chatterji at 022-32978900 but I could not get this number right from 2.00 Pm till 6.30 PM

I appreciate if some responsible person can look in to the matter & short out my complaint as I have hard earned money & could not effort to waste my money.
