I am Vikrant Kapoor from Garhshankar, I am using Online Mobile Recharge service of "recharge.ezypoint.in". But, ezypoint.in's service is really bad because whenever I use their online panel for recharging mobiles they often deducts our money without recharging customer's mobile number.

Ezypoint has charged us initially with Rs. 3, 000/- as security amount. Moreover, their Airtel recharge service normally remains out of order for couple of days.

Respected, As widely known, we only saves 2 to 2.5% on mobile recharges but, ezypoint is unaware of it's service operations and better deals to us.

Customer Care of ezypoint is also careless and usually never attend calls from me, if whenever they picks phone, they use rough languages to us.

If we request customer care to refund wrongly deducted money they generally takes around 10 days to refunds it.

Kindly, help us to refund back our registration amount and make us tension free from future problems.
