Vodofone --unable to make calls in roaming

Hi,

I have a vodofone mobile number 9886950516, i am unable to make any calls when i am in roaming like in Andrapradesh.

When i call any number while i am in roaming, the call will get disconnected as soon as the receiver answers my call. I had contacted both karnataka and andhra vodafone customer care and i heard that this issue exists for lot of customers while in roaming in Andhra. Can you please advise on the same.
