I have been using idea service for last three years and felt no major problem regarding its service. Earlier i faced same problem but resolved. But just now It makes me sleepless night by getting same problem. Idea cellular activated value added service automatically on my cell no 9889187549 without my consent and deducted Rs 30 on dated 11 march. When i contacted customer care they simply say i can't refund your money since this order is made by you but i had made neither call nor got call from them then how this has been activated on my mobile. I just want my money back Rs 30 which has been deducted.
