Deduction of balance after providing value added service without request

I am a customer of Vodafone since last three years (9888258111). Today (12/03/10) morning at around 10 am I checked my account balance and found that Rs.30 had been deducted from my account and caller tune service activated by u without my request. I try to call 111 for enquiry but no response provided. Now I want refund of money (i.e. Rs. 30) deducted from my account for caller tune and also want to discontinue with the service of caller tune. It was happened 5 th time with me.

This is very unfortunate and disappointing for any customer to receive such type offers forcefully and after that having a poor experience of customer support. Now I think that I should the service provider. I m very harrased with this type of poor service.
