Walky not received

I purchased a tata indicom walky phone of rs 1600, in may from akarti internation preet vihar, .but it get damaged with in a month. All service centres of tata have closed in delhi. So i gave the phone set to the shop from which i purchased for replacement, but i have not received the phone yet. This is due to the poor service.
