1 - Spam SMS's & 2 - Airtel
Unwanted Marketing - SMS

Dear Concerned,

Complaint 1 - I receive not less than 10 SMS's from various marketing agencies viz. Stock Broking, Travel, Electronics, Packers & movers etc. - I want this menace to end.

I have registered with the DNC registry in Till January the SMS's didnt bother me much.

On approaching Airtel customer service, they said they will take only 1 complaint at a time and charged me 50 Paise per call. I later received the SMS that the SMS came from another mobile operator and the same has already been forwarded to the concerned party.

Its been over a week and the same has not been addressed.

Please help me with a solution to these unwanted SMS's.
