Complain about Service

I bought a Nokia mobile set model- Asha 200 on 21st April from Nokia outlet at Shoppers world, Gulshan, Dhaka Bangladesh. From July the phone is disturbed in many ways like hanging, switched off, heating (sometimes), making continuous odd keypad sound (sometimes). I contacted with Customer Care Centre, Jabbar Tower, Gulshan, Dhaka and left the set for repair but unfortunately after leaving 6 times in 1 months it has no changed. I requested the in-charge to replace the set but not get any positive response from them. So, I had to complaint here for a solution.
