WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE IMPRESSION THAT TATA TELESERVICES HAVE THE BEST OF THE AFTER SALES SERVICES, BUT BEWARE, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE CAN MAKE YOU GO MAD. WE MADE A COMPLAINT ON 27TH AUGUST FOR NON WORKING OF IT.WE WERE TOLD THAT ANYHOW IT WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24 HRS. BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. AFTER 36 HRS THEY GAVE A CALL, THAT SOME EXCECUTIVE WILL VISIT.BUT NOTHING. THEN WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE GUYS, THEY ALWAYS SAID IT WILL WORK OUT.THEN WE ASKED FOR THE HIGHER AUTHORITY EMAIL TO COMPLAINT, BESIDES THE CUSTOMER CARE NO..THEY ALL THE TIME GAVE THE WRONG EMAILS..DAMN... DO YOU EXPECT THAT FROM SUCH REPUTED COMPANIES.IT REALLY DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE. 1ST PRABHDEEP, THEN RISHIKA..THEN SOMEONE ELSE. ARE THE CULPRITS. THEY DONT HAVE THE GUTS TO EVEN GET THE CUSTOMER THE SERVICES THE CUSTOMER DESERVES. ON THE WHOLE THESE GUYS ARE DIMINISHING THE NAME OF THE COMPANY. TATA SHOULD SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT IT. YOU KNOW NOW ADAYS ITS QUIETE DIFFICULT WITHOUT THE NET ON THE GO.. THEY HAVE SO MUCH DONE BAD TO MY BUSINESS...
