LG Split AC 1 Ton
Noise in LG Split AC in outer Unit

Dear Sirs,

I have bought 1 LG Split AC model no. LS3ER3S from RGS Vadodara Gujarat billno.619 dt.06.05.2011 2 to 3 days it worked properly. after that in outdoor unit some viberation & noise is there which is giving trouble inside the room. due to which its distrrubing our sleep in night

RGS people came & also LG people tried to stop the noise but they were unable to do so.

Now RGS people are trying to contact Service Centre Manager for solving the problem but he is not attending the calls of them. Giving excuses of he is meeting.

So kindly take the proper action against the LG Service Centre Manager of Vadodara Gujarat & do the needful at the earliest take proper action.
