Te speed is daaam slow

I took idea net setter last week the retailer told the new net setter is faster than the old one nd the speed will be upto 3.6mbps but the speed is nt even 100kbps m tired of the speed nd i m aupset of investing the money in such a scrap i will hece forth never advice to take idea asd a net setter nd aso the customer care doesnt reply nicely i have placed complaints thrice bt there is nd thesre is no response i lasletly took a descison to place a complaint out there so hopin thA herte atleast i l be heard
