Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I Sri Ratan Kumar Pramanik Address of 13c Jogmaya Devi Lane Howrah 711 101 is a Nokia customer from the very beginning. I used various Nokia Phones [One of them is 6300] because I trust Nokia product. But unfortunately all the Nokia phones gave trouble several times. Recently on 14th February I purchase another Nokia Phone [No 5233]. But when I came to home after purchasing the phone I noticed that the back cover of the phone not shuted properly. After that I go to the shop and they suggested me to go to the service centre to solve the problem. But the service centre also not solves the problem. Then they said that that was enough to shut but that was not satisfying me. Then I requested to the service centre to give me a letter then they said to deposit the phone there and they send the phone to Delhi for servicing. Then I came from the shop without depositing the phone. After that I faced various problem on that phone and service that various time to the Nokia Service centre [Touch World / 93/7 Deshpran Sasmal Road howrah 711 101 NCC No. 601_504886] but the various types of problems arise several times.
This to inform you that after my purchasing the phone maximum day the set will be at you Service centre.
On 31 August at 18.39 pm I deposite the 5233 No set [EMI No 358321032309443 Warranty reference No. APAINY270378044] [Job sheet no. 601504886/100831/45]. But till the date the problem not solved. And than I call to the said service centre and they reply me that they send the 5233 No. set to the delhi and suggest me to phone to the Nolia Helpline. But when I call to the helpline and tell them about my 5233 sets problem. Then they reply me that if the service value was grater than the 5233 set value then they also get me the service. Then he asked my EMI no. and then say to hold me and after sometime the phone was disconnected.
So Sir is it my fault to trust Nokia Product?
May I hope that you will take some needful action to solve my problem?
