FROM LAST 16 DAYS I AM FREQUENTLY CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BECAUSE OF
BALANCE DEDUCTION IN MY ACCOUNT, BUT THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT
SYSTEM IS DOWN.
ON 17TH OCT 11 APPROX RS 99 WAS DEDUCT FROM ACCOUNT ONCE AGAIN.
FROM 8.15 TO 10.15 BETWEEN THIS 2 HOUR I CALLED 3 TIMES THEN ALSO THE
CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD PLS CALL AFTER 2 HOURS (AFTER 12.30) IS
THAT RIGHT TIME TO TALK. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO I AM CUSTOMER OR VENDOR.
