I had activated the SMS44 SMS Pack of Loop Mobile Prepaid. Later I got the sms that it had been activated. Yesterday, I had got a Sms regarding another Promotional Scheme called SMSD10 (500 Free Local and National SMS). The Co. claimed that Info would be provided after smsing SMSD10. I did just the same after activating SMS44. But nothing happened. Later, when i called up Customer Care, they said that the scheme got deactivated. I haven't even sent a single SMS out of my SMS44 Pack. But the Pack's deactivated and I haven't received any refund for the same. Please register my complaint against Loop Mobile for Fraud, and make necessary arrangements for the Refund of Rs. 44
