Matrix Cellular
Fraudulent Claim

I took a Matrix SIM Card for Mauritius on 20th March. I received the bill and when Matrix called on 18th April i authorised them to debit my Credit Card. The actual debit was higher by Rs.750/-. On enquiring i was told that the excess was for a unreturned Singapore SIM Card of year 2010!!!

I have no records of 2 year vintage to prove that i returned the SIM. Suddenly a claim is being made. If their claim was indeed genuine, they should have not issued a new SIM to me without me clearing purpotedly 2 year old dues. No mention was made anytime till i enquired for the excess charges.

THIS IS BLATENT FORGERY.
