My name is K.S. Bhatia and I have Matrix vodafone connection vide phone no. 9873 407244 which was on a two years advance rental plan and the duration of two years expired in the month of October. Since then I have made several attempts to get the connection disconnected but I am afraid that all my attempts failed and instead to my surprise the Company Matrix is sending the monthly rental bill to me. You are therefore requested kindly get my connection disconnected and save me from further harrasement as I am not using the same since Octobner 2009.
