Not work properly & not get repair immediately

I have purchase QB handset in November. Purchase time to current time I use one month only. Firstly repair from Pune Shivaji Nagar service centre after 2 weeks once against get a battery problem & screen touch. I send to repair in last month in Nigadi service centre, they tell to me after one week got your mobile. They tell me 3 time. If not possible repairing the mobile replace me another handset or my cash amount. If any reply call to me my this no.9881077948/ 8793364961
