Deduction of balance for no reason

My vodafone prepaid sim No. 9885948850. whenever I Recharge my cell phone, within 2 or 3 days my balance become 0. I don't know what for they are deducting my balance. I want just simple in and out going calls and no more services required. and I request your kind authority to manage refund my deducted money to my account.

I feel shame to deal with such a big company doing all these cheap tricks to make money from innocent customers.
