UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES OF AIRTEL J & K SRINAGAR

I was using airtel No. 9906655280 (pre-paid) since last 7 years and some 20 days back I appraoched airtel showroom Chanapora for converting prepaid to post paid and instatly deposited Rs. 500/- there at the counter. So far I approached them several times but till date my number was not converting into postpaid and finally I told them that now I don't want post paid let it be pre-paid one and asked them for refund of Rs. 500/- . Now neither they refunded me my amount nor converted my no. into postpaid, but instead I found my number stands cancelled by airtel. Since I am working as Manager advances in J & K Bank and my No. was avaliable with my own office as well as other offices for important contacts, by cancelling my number I am facing lot of problems & I suffered heavy losses. May I know from the concerned who is responsoble for this shameful act and why my no. could not be converted into post paid even with 15 days. I am not satisfied with the services of this air show Room (Chanapora Main Market Srinagar J & K). I should be compensated with the losses I suffered by cancelling my No...
