Hi. On 24th Feb I was offered a 2 GB internet plan for Rs.99/- & was promised will be activated in 2-4 hrs. An incorrect plan for Rs.399/- was activated instead and that too after 3 days of the promised date leading to a charge of Rs.300/- extra for the line rental & Rs.300/- usage charges for those 3 days. Which after loads of complaints to Vodafone they agreed to reverse & was gave me a written commitment on 6th April that 2 GB internet plan for Rs.99/- is being activated. But to my horror I received a bill for Rs.10, 650/- because yet again the promised internet plan was not activated. I called the nodal desk on 30th April & was promised a call back in 24 hours but didnt receive a call back. Again I called them on 2nd May and was promised a call back by EOD but havent received a call back as yet.
I would request to please help me in taking this complaint further as I have gone through a lot of trauma since past 2-3 months. Have been spoken to rudely and also the requests even though promised havent been addressed.
