Unfair Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,

I have a Prepaid SIM from RCOM (9699179327). I have recharge a top-up for Rs. 39 (SMS Pack - Validity for 30 Days). After 30 days they deducted balance of Rs. 39 without intimating me and when i inquired they said it is auto-renewal. I donot want to renew and hence i requested customer care 198 no. but they refuse to register and said it is not unfair.

I want refund/credit of the same and strict action against RCOM for all these mal-practices.
