I have bought your product mobile (SAMSUNG HERO E2232 ICE) on 7TH APRIL at NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI shop aND MY mobile not work & i went samsung service centre, cc28, Nehru enclave, kalkaji, ND-19, my service request no.4135293080 dated-23.07. but not response from service center, no call me from service center, i call service center after 8days, but service center not repair / replace my mobile, samsung service center not support customer, service center told me your mobile not repair & replace so i hope samsung electronic help me
