My no. 9819969661 was ported to airtel on 19th feb and from since then my services automatically gets barred untill I reinsert sim in my mobile. I have tried keeping sim another handset but i was facing same problem. I have complained many a times at customer care about this issue with no proper reply.
At last on 8th march they have told me replace my existing sim with new one from Airtel relationship centre which I did from Borivali (West), Mumbai relationship centre, at 12:00 noon, by paying Rs. 25 for the sim and they have told me new sim will get activated in maximum 4 hours but untill 11:00pm my sim is not activated yet.
To my surprise today when I contacted customer care they have told me your number is not in thier database which means youe number is not ported yet to airtel.
