Ejection of number mobility request

Hi,

This is a complaint for loop mobile, had asked for mobile portability but kept getting excuses. This is completely unfair. The phone always gave network problems and that too was checked by a representative from loop. kept sending requests and kept getting excuses. Finally have switched to airtel and had to change my number. Loop should compensate for the mental torture and not following the process of getting the number changed.
