Dear Sir,
You must have noticed that from the last few months after dialing a mobile number, you niether hear a ring nor a ring tone but a lady speaking... " To subscribe for this caller tune you need to press *dial... number... monthly rental... and goes on" and by this time person whose number is dialled picks up the phone... so the end result is that neither the caller or the subscriber has any benefit of subscribing to the caller tune and paying an amount of Rs. 360 yearly. This is completely unethical advertisement, it is an advertisement at the expense of the customer and if it is not stopped right now, it can continue for ever and these telecom companies will continue this injustice on the consumer. The aforesaid case is happening with myself and my husband. So you are requested to take an immidiate action on this.
