Money deduction and can't able to connect to the customer care

Sir i am sripavan with mobile no.7396222776 on 03/08 money has been deducted from the mobile for some shubhkal pack and where as haven't sent any message or any thing. The called up the customer care (198) and one lady picked up the call then said her that balance has been deducted for some pack and she told me that it has been deducted for shubhkal pack and then i said her that i haven't sent any message or haven't got any call from u guy's and i asked for the money refund and said that it can't be done so i asked to transfer the call to TL (Team Leader). She said it can't be done then i insisted her to transfer the call to "TL" then asked me call after 2 hours as the TL was busy and i said ok and i cut the call. since then i can't able to connect to customer care. If they want they can here to the recorded call which i spoke with executive and the recorded call will be with quality department of UNINOR
