MTNL BILLING
Non issuance hard copy bill

As MTNL have stopped sending the hard copy of the bill and on thier web site they have stopped access to the Dolphin bilss. I have paid Rs 165/- on 2nd July, against my bill amount from May-June which wasRs119, due date 28th, June for Mob 9868242029, The same has carried forward in my current bill, as per SMS I have received tody. On the basis of SMS, they issue a hand written slip, which very difficult to maintain. I request MTNL to issue me a proper bill aftre adjusting the paid bill
