Hi, had booked one wire less modem against my replacement for the wired modem as per the scheme of MTNL. The request had been booked at customer care helpline number on 16-Mar vide request no. 2079656. The MTNL is making regular advertisements in the daily newspaper for the above scheme, while the modem could not be supplied to me till date with an excuse that the devices are unavailable. kindly look into the matter.
