I provided my credit card copy for blocking up to Rs.5000. for issue of International SIM to my son for travel to Paris at Chennai international Airport on 7th May, 11..AS per co's web site the connection is post paid and blocking was as security. But I noticed from my card account that The Co had claimed the bill amount of Rs.3649/ directly from my card. I immediately took up the matter with the co and advised clearly that no mandate to charge my account was given by me as card holder. No response. The co continued to further bills every 15 days with last billon 16th july (my son returned to india on 4th July and cell was surrendered.
The co had claimed all bill amount from my card " WITH OUT ANY AUTHORITY"". I HAVE ALREADY PREFERRED COMPLAINTS.PLEASE RESOLVE
