I HAVE A LANDLINE CONNECTION WITH BROADBAND 011-22963914 FROM JULY.BUT FROM AUG TO FEB MY PHONE IS NOT IN WORKING PROPERLY AND DEAD MOST OF THE MONTHS NEAR ABOUT ONLY 30-45 DAYS WORKED UPTO FEB.I REGISTERED COMPLAINTS BY 198 AS WELL AS IN WRITTEN.MTNL AUTHORITY PERSONS TOLD ME TO SUBMIT MY TELEPHONE BILLS WITHOUT USING THE SERVICE IN DEAD PERIOD OF PHONE AND GAVE ASSURANCE OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE BILL IN FUTURE .I PAID (RS 1300) MY PHONE BILLS UPTO NOV.PHONE WAS IN SERVICE FEB AGAIN AFTER AUGUST.BUT AGAIN DEAD DUE TO NOT PAID MY PHONE BILLS.NOW AGAIN THEY ARE TELLING TO PAY THE BILLS WITHOUT ADJUSTING PREVIOUS BILLS.AND I HAVE DECIDED THAT I 'LL NOT PAY ANY MORE BILL.PLEASE TAKE PROPER ACTION.
