My MTNL Dolphine Post paid Tel No. is 9968309242. In the bill of February I have received the bill of Rs. 914 out of which Rs. 370.44 was as OTHER CHARGES. I sent them an email on 22-02-10 (on [email protected]) reg what is OTHER CHARGES. They replied that there is no OTHER CHARGES and you need not to pay Rs. 370/- After that I deposited my remaining amount. Later on my phone has been disconnected by MTNL. That amount of Rs. 370 as OTHER CHARGES is still coming in my latest bills of March and April. and my phone is still suspended despite of their acceptance that this OTHER CHARGES is wrongly feeded in my account. As there is no fault from my side my phone is still suspended and I am facing a lot of difficulties. I am ready to pay the bill which is related to me.
