REFUND OF STD DEPOSIT Rs 1000

Last year Dec I switched over mobile connection No.9869434691 from post paid dolphin to prepaid trump. my post paid connection had STD deposit RS1000/- refundable which i have still not received from MTNL .One year has passed still waiting for refund cheque.
