Dear all,

Today arround 5:12PM i have called on 121, and discuss our query along with Mr.rakesh kumar.that guys teling me, system down i have asked the Rakesh if your system is down than whats my fault, why you are debiting the services charge from my no.50Ps per min.than i requisted him to trasfer my call to your TL, Mr Vikash, taking the call and speak with me, without providing the solution he disconnent my call, i again dial the no. Miss Madhu picked the call, when i asked"Should i speak with Mr Vikash"my call disconnected by her without saying anything, and now new massage reflecting on my mobile inbox thanks for using internet,

Aircel service id totelly down, and guys has no knowldege how to talk with cutmor,
