Telephone Dead and internet not working

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a Senior citizen women & staying at the following address: House No. C-20/3, Hari Nagar Clock Tower, New Delhi-110064 Opp Dean Dayal Uphaday Hospital. My telephone no is 011-25496265. This Telephone number line has been dead since last more than a month I have lodged a number of complaints but the phone has still not been repaired. Please help.
