My BSNL mobile no is 9412721786. Three caller tunes have been activated on this mobile and Rs.12/- each per month is being charged for these tunes. i have tried umpteen number of times to disable these tunes by sending BT DACT message to 56700 at all times of the day. But every time I get the reply that "your request can not be performed, please try again later". I want these caller tunes to be disabled immediately. Secondly i would want to say that such treatment to customers is highly unprofessional. Even If there is a technical problem at BSNL end in disabling the tune the request shall get registered for processing at a later time.
