I have intimated several times to aircell service provider (ASSAM CIRCLE - GUWAHATI /TINSUKIA - to send my post paid bills against my mobile to my address since last year, but they have not yet send the bills to my address and during this period i am making advance payment to avoid the disconnection of the mobile.
