No discount provided as per as plan told by vodafone associte

I had bought you Sim from one of vodafone associate, The plan he told us includes discount as follows:

1.200 free sms monthly.

2.100 Min's free STD calls.

3.100 Min's free LOCAL calls.

4.Free call to all vodafone users belongs to TCS.

After inquiring to customer care they told all discount will be available after one month billing, i am about to pay second month bill no discount is provided.
