I made a mistake of going for this so called IDEA phone subscription.

within 3 weeks, without much usage, I started getting annoying calls to make payments for very high charges.

The phone was not even used for the first 10 days, I am supposed to get 1 GB free data usage and now they are calling with an amount of Rs. 2200 plus.

Now the phone is blocked all outgoing and data usage.

Very pathetic organization, nasty collection approach and clearly NO IDEA what the customer has been promised, asked for and supposed to get.
