Dear Sir,
My mobile no is 9617590523 in the name of Rajani Dhavre.
On 10th Sept I got my mobile recharged by Rs.29/ and Rs 10/ both.
Immediately on getting recharge successful the system deducted Rs. 6/ for none of the reasons. And that too without my consent and confirmation/information.
It is totally unfair and cheating the customer.
At it's call center nobody is in a position to clarify the matter except throwing the ball on me.
I request to please guide me as what I have to do under the situation with such chitters.
